PREREQUISITE OF ACCEPTANCE

  • Being a graduate of a Medical Faculty / Medical School
  • Being an employee of a Hospital, Healthcare center or University

 

REQUESTED DOCUMENTS

  • Application Letter  (Formal)
  • Letter of Intent (maximum of 250 words)
  • CV (Turkish and English language skills must be specified)
  • Copy of the Passport
  • Diploma & Transcript of Medical Education (The copy should be notarized and translated to English by a certified translator )
  • Document of Specialization (e.g. Internal Medicine, Surgery, etc.) (The copy should be notarized and translated to English by a certified translator )
  • Other documents related with medical education proving doctorate, master degree, residency, internship, medical specialty, fellowship, etc. (The copy should be notarized and translated to English by a certified translator )
  • Proof of occupation at a healthcare center, hospital, or university (An official document must bear the original institutional seal, stamp, and signature of the director of the related institute)
  • Financial support letter (An official document must bear the original institutional seal, stamp, and signature)
  • English / Turkish Languages Proficiency Certificate
  • " 3 " Reference Letters* (one letter from the department manager that the applicant works, 2 letters from medical doctors from any department)
  • English or Turkish translation of documents are required

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Participants who are accepted to the training program are obliged to bring the originals of the documents with them when starting the training program.

* In case of necessity, those who will be contacted should have a proficiency to communicate with the officials of Başkent University in English.
